Resilience is the psychological quality to recover quickly from difficulties. Persistence. Tenacity. Toughness. Resilience is a personal asset we all possess which helps us to mentally cope with adversities of life, to change course, emotionally heal, and to continue moving towards our goals. It’s falling seven times and getting up eight.
